Past simple and continuous



We use the simple past to refer to an action in the past that is finished. . In english we have two types of verbs:


- Regular verbs (In pasat alway finish in -ed)


- Irregular verbs (This verbs can finish in much forms)




EX. of REGULAR VERBS:




Positive: I liked the bicycle.




Negative: i didn't like the bicycle.




Interrogative: did I like ride bicycle?




EX. of IRREGULARS VERBS:




Positive: I had a cat.




Negative: I didn't have a cat.




Interrogative: Did I have a cat.
